Hello Fans!! My full name is Oliver Neihardt Fink II. I graduated from Bruce High School in Bruce, Wisconsin in1986. I used to live in De Land, Florida when I was a youth, and always wanted to write my own music and learn all kinds od instruments. Yet, you know how people tell you that it is a bad career choice to choose music as your field, so when I was asked in grade school what I wanted, I just lied and said what they wanted to hear, doctor or lawyer!!!! Ha Ha Ha!!!! When I went home I would tune out of this world into my own world of music I loved. I once showed my stuff I wrote to a few teachers , but they would not really notice....... so I kept my writings to myself. My favorite artists are: Lenny Kravitz, Prince, Brian Adams, Def Leppard, Winger, Boston, Madonna, Berlin, Billy Idol, David Bowie, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and the list just goes on!!!!! I hope I spelled their names right!!! My parents moved us kids here to Wisconsin when i was in the 8th grade, and i went to Bruce school all the rest of my life mostly. I was in choir there and sang tenor in chorus class. I knew if I never gave up practicing, I would be able to achieve my dream later down the road. When I got out of school finally, and you know that feels like forever, I ended up joining the Navy. I got out of the Navy, and went full tilt into the music, just I never went far immediately because the jobs were scarce, and money was tight. Gas was pretty cheap and cigarrettes weren't bloody high either. I did my best to survivemy first marriage, but it failed. It took my life down a sprial road of depression, to which I almost gave up. But, after a near fatal car wreck in 1994, I was determined to make it regardless of what life brought. I had failed too many times because I was making the same mistakes over and over!!!!! I guess you need to grow up and realize that life is only how and what you make of it, and no matter what others think, you just keep going on until you make it!!!! I want the world to hear my music!!!!!! I want to see the crowds of happy people screaming that I gave them hope and hear them say how my music is the best they've heard in years!!!! I even stay up late sometimes because I am worried that some song sounds bad, or is not perfect enough for you guys to hear..... I even go into stores and hand out single cd's to people I don't even know just to get their opinion, and they come back a year or so and remember my name and want to know where they can buy my stuff!!!! Mannnnn!!!! Awwwesome!!!! I feel great then, because only then do I know that I am there.....the BIG time!!!!! Yes guys, it is a rough road, yet, it is not boring....only because it is not monotonous!!!!!! Every day you get up, there is something new, and it gets better every day too. I work here now at the Lco Casino as a blackjack dealer. I like it because all the people I get to talk to and get ideas from as well as input from my ideas. You learn that everyone has pretty much the same needs and wants, just live in different areas. I went to work here after working a Nedlands in Ridgland, Wisconsin. I used to weld there for Dave Nedland. He is a fine man, and seeing how stubborn he is made me see also that that is what I had to be if I really wanted to succeed. You need to believe in yourself and believe in your work, and everything else just seems to fall in place. Praying a lot also helps...... I do that more and more each day. I really need to get signed, so I keep up my writing songs and lyrics and more songs until eventually you guys, MY FANS, will get to see my live all over this world, instead of reading about me....... My pal Rick Rooney here a Circlesystems is uploading all my new songs now for all you fans, and for the radio stations too. They want to play my stuff, but they can't seem to dial up, so I will help them HE HE !!! There is sooooo much I have to tell you guys, and so little time right now, but, I will fill you in more about my life as I get time, okay? .....When you want to get a cd, just send a money order for $15.10 + S$H $2.50 to my - Ollie / Slick 33 --P.O. I myself am always forgetting, as one of my songs depicts HE HE !!! If you have a problem getting on the website for the music, keep trying!!!! It should come right up without any problem. Sometimes I go to the bottom the the screen there and see the "home of slick 33" and click on it and then reclick again to get the music box. If it sounds rough, I have a lot of bass in my music, so maybe look for some stronger computer speakers at the store , altec is a good brand.....I don't know how expensive they are though....... Well dudes.....I have to get home now, and work tonite, so I wish you all well in your dreams as my own, and will keep you up to date as I get there.....to the top!! My whole album is right here for you guys all to enjoy and jam to!!! I will get pictures out soon, as soon as I get a digital camera. I still can't wait to show you my videos!!!!
